Our family enterprise is proud of its tradition of more than 115 years. The company has been founded by our great-Grandfather in 1890.

Once only a Bakery, Haderer’s has expanded to a confectionary in 1959, and thus laid the foundation for nowadays production of marzipan related products, which are manufactured to meet the highest demands in quality.

In our factories more than 300 regular workers are employed, in high season up to 550 people work at Haderer’s.

Specialized in a niche market, we are today one of the largest producers of hand crafted marzipan figures in whole Europe.
